This conversation typically lasts around 30 minutes and aims to assess your interest in the role, discuss your experience in more detail, and answer any initial questions you may have about Intersnack IT and the position.
3. Interviews: a. Meet & Greet Interview: This interview is usually conducted by a member of our HR team or a hiring manager and focuses on assessing your fit for the role and cultural alignment with Intersnack IT.
