We are expanding our international IT organisation and looking for an ERP Rollout Project Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain to join our cross-functional IT Project and Portfolio Management Team. In this role, you will manage IT delivery within ERP implementation and rollout projects across multiple functions, sites and countries. As part of the wider rollout team, you will ensure that technical, infrastructure and operational activities are planned and aligned with the overall ERP rollout. You will combine strong IT project management capabilities with a solid understanding of ERP environments and the technology dependencies required to successfully deploy them within manufacturing operations. Your work will help modernise our systems, harmonise processes and deploy new capabilities across our European operations.
Please note: This role may require travel to Intersnack locations and project offices up to 30–40% of the time.

Working closely with business teams, IT specialists, local sites and external partners, you will operate at the intersection of ERP, business processes and site technology. This includes ensuring that infrastructure, devices, access and other technical dependencies are ready to support manufacturing, supply chain and logistics operations.
How you will spend your time as our next ERP Rollout Project Manager
As our next ERP Rollout Project Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain (internal title: IT Project Manager), you will manage ERP-related projects within the IT area as part of the overall rollout team. You will own the IT project plan, coordinate the relevant workstreams and ensure that milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables remain aligned with the wider rollout.
Manage IT delivery within ERP implementation and rollout projects from planning through go-live, stabilisation and transition to support
Own and maintain the IT project plan, ensuring alignment with the wider ERP rollout and its business and functional workstreams
Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, local sites, external implementation partners and service providers
Translate rollout requirements into clear project activities, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
Ensure infrastructure and site technology requirements are incorporated into the rollout plan, including connectivity, user access, handheld devices, scanners and printers
Coordinate testing, deployment, site readiness, cutover and go-live activities within the assigned IT scope
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies, including appropriate reporting and escalation
Support business readiness, training coordination and post-go-live stabilisation together with the wider rollout team
Apply established project management standards and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery across the portfolio
Job requirements
What we expect from you
Several years of experience managing complex IT projects, including experience within an end-to-end ERP implementation or rollout
Ideally, experience with ERP rollouts across multiple sites, countries or business units within an international organisation
A solid high-level understanding of ERP systems, including how modules, integrations and business processes interact
Good understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and logistics processes, ideally gained within food, FMCG, process manufacturing or a comparable industry
Understanding of the wider technology dependencies involved in ERP rollouts, including infrastructure, connectivity, access, devices and integrations
Experience coordinating testing, deployment, cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management and problem-solving capabilities across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
A structured, hands-on and solution-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix organisation
Project management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or APM PPQ is desirable, alongside good working knowledge of common project management and reporting tools
A strong command of spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of German is an advantage
